HOW TO ORDER CRYSTAL CHAOS DESIGNS:

Pre designed items are able to be purchased from our online shop, these are made to order and will be posted the day after they have been completely crystallised to allow the glue to set. Customers will be contacted with their tracking number as soon as the item has been dispatched.

For information on our bespoke services please see our 'Bespoke Design' category or contact me directly on the number 07305932183, if I am unable to be at the phone at that time you are also more than welcome to leave a message or send me a text indicating who you are so I can ring you back. You are also able to send us an email to crystalchaosdesigns@outlook.com indicating with the service you are looking for and I will respond as soon as possible. 

Please note, bespoke is not the same as exclusive. Designs can be made to request but if a customer in future desires the same product then I do make the design again. There is not enough colours/possibilities to keep every design exclusive to their original owner. This is especially prevalent with Irish Dance Buckles. As exclusivity limits design possibilities and puts restrictions on future business. Please contact me if this is an issue.

PAYMENT:

Pay instantly using your Pay-Pal account or by card when ordering pre designed goods by Crystal Chaos Designs.
We also accept payments via UK Bank Transfers as long as the customer contacts us beforehand. Alternatively you are always welcome to come to collect your order from our offices.
If paying by bank transfer: If payment is not made within one week from the date of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled to enable us to put the goods back into stock.
All goods remain in the posession of Crystal Chaos until full payment has been received for the goods and service ordered.

 

DELIVERY:

Orders will be dispatched the next working day after they are completely crystallised to allow the glue to completely set. Therefore when using our standard delivery method your products will be expected approx 1-2 days after completion not purchase.
After ordering the product you will receive an email from crystalchaosdesigns@outlook.com indicating the approximate dispatch date of your order. 

UK Next Day Delivery (after completion) is also available however you must contact us before purchasing the items to receive this service.

UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Overseas orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivery may take up to 14 days depending on the destination country.

For bespoke orders such as dance dresses and high value items, courier service is available, please contact us for a quote. Also depending on the location of the customer I am happy to drive to collect the product from their address, if the location of the item is particularly far away i'm also happy to meet half way between our offices and the customers location. This is only available if the customer is happy to pay the petrol cost and the drive is less than two hours. Please contact us for a quote.

Customers in the European Community are not subject to any import duties. USA and all other countries may be charged import duty depending on the value of your order. We (Crystal Chaos) are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer.

 

DELAYED/LOST DELIVERIES:

Royal Mail recorded signed for items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. However, this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days from posting have passed. Once the 15 days have passed we can resend or refund the order and submit a claim for loss to Royal Mail.

If your order is urgent we recommend that you contact us to arrange next day delivery.


For orders outside of the UK Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 25 working days from posting have passed. therefore we cannot refund or replace packages until such date.

 

RETURNS:

If you are unhappy with the design of the product you have received you are welcome to send the product back and receive a refund. However bespoke pieces are not able to be refunded or returned as these are specific designs for an individual client and cannot be resold. Before any crystallising occurs payment will be taken and the design will be approved and signed for by the client.

Products bought in the online shop are able to be refunded if the goods have not been used, purposely damaged or tampered with in any way.
You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days.
The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and we are happy that it hasn't been tampered with, we will issue a refund. Please note: The refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.
Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to advise us of the fault/damage and provide images via email. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us within this time. The faulty/damaged item must be returned to Crystal Chaos before we can issue a refund.

If you return any items from orders which have had discount applied, the original order will be recalculated and the returned item refunded accordingly.
